Refund policy

This English text is provided for convenience only. In case of any inconsistency or dispute, the Italian version is the sole authoritative and binding version.

14 days, no questions asked. If within 14 days of purchase you decide Synaptica PRO is not for you, write to hello@synaptica.fyi (or reply to the license delivery email): the license is revoked and the refund is issued by Paddle, the payment handler.
The free version stays yours. The refund only covers the PRO features: all the data you have created stays on your computer, to consult and edit with the free plan.
Refunds after 14 days. Evaluated case by case: write to us and we will work out a solution.
The refund is issued to the same payment method used for the purchase; crediting times depend on your bank or provider (typically 5–10 business days).
